Information processed
Formula processes wallet addresses, public blockchain activity, sign-in and consent-version records, audience snapshots, messages, rewards, referral relationships, deposits, withdrawals and necessary security audit data. Wallet signatures verify control of an address. We do not request your sign-in wallet private key or recovery phrase.
Recipient pool and visibility
When you consent to join as a user, your address and public blockchain activity enter the searchable recipient pool. Senders see masked addresses and internal recipient IDs in audience results. Authorized operators can access full addresses and related records for accounting, security and support. Chat is not end-to-end encrypted.
Infrastructure and local storage
The site uses browser storage for language preferences and sign-in-related state. The service relies on cloud hosting, blockchain RPC and backup infrastructure. When email alerts are enabled, necessary incident information is sent to designated operators. Public blockchain transactions can be inspected by anyone.
Records and contact
Disconnecting does not delete existing ledger, message, consent or audit records. Formula cannot erase blockchain records. Use the official contact channel for information-access or processing requests; handling requires identity verification and consideration of accounting integrity and applicable requirements.
