Service and custody
Formula provides wallet sign-in, audience filtering, paid initial messages, replies, reward claims and chat. Formula uses a centralized ledger and a custodial wallet. Deposited funds are held by the platform. Claiming changes your internal balance; withdrawal transfers funds to your wallet on-chain.
Campaigns, rewards and commissions
Review recipients, content, budget and per-recipient commission quotes before submitting. Rewards for successfully delivered messages belong to their recipients, cannot be recalled and do not expire. A first reply is required before claiming. Referral commissions use the rules captured at submission. Replies and campaign results are not guaranteed.
Withdrawals and exceptions
Normal withdrawals are processed automatically without individual manual approval. The displayed minimum applies; pending rewards and frozen funds are unavailable. Network gas is deducted from the requested amount. Uncertain transactions remain frozen for investigation rather than being blindly repaid or refunded. The withdrawing party bears actual gas for a failed transaction.
Accounts and security
Protect your sign-in wallet and never share its recovery phrase or private key. Verify messages and external links. Fraudulent, unlawful or infringing content is prohibited. Account restrictions or security conditions may suspend operations and are audited. Disconnecting a wallet does not cancel a submitted blockchain transaction.
