Custody and asset risk
Formula controls signing for its custodial wallet. Compromise of servers, keys, software or administrative access may cause loss. Database backups do not recover stolen on-chain assets. Wallet thresholds and withdrawal limits cannot prevent direct transfers by someone who has obtained the private key. BNB prices fluctuate.
Network and transaction risk
Blockchain confirmation, RPC availability, congestion, gas changes and system failures may delay deposits or withdrawals. Broadcast does not mean receipt; rely on verified confirmations and the recorded status. Check the network and address before transferring.
Message and campaign risk
Formula does not verify or guarantee senders or their messages. Rewards do not imply endorsement. Never disclose private keys or recovery phrases, sign unfamiliar approvals or transfer funds because of unsolicited messages. Campaign spending and rewards do not guarantee replies, conversions or investment returns.
